About Us

Grace Manor Provides

Inpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Aftercare Substance Abuse Treatment Services and Wrap Around Services to Men and Women, Ages 18 and Up.

Grace Manor provides services for Alcohol, Methamphetamines, Opiates, Heroin, Cocaine, Marijuana, Benzodiazepines, Hallucinogens, K-2/Spice, Inhalants, Phencyclidine, and Stimulants.

Counselor onsite 7 days a week and Medical Director on site 5 days a week.



Inpatient Treatment

Grace Manor Services a Maximum of 16 Women and 24 Men within the home-like setting of our facility. The estimated length of stay is 30 days minimum for men and women without children under age of 18 years old and 45 days for women with children under the age of 18 years old.


Aftercare Services

Grace Manor provides a robust, optional SIX months of aftercare support following treatment completion. Services range from Case Management, Life Skills, Behavioral Health, and additional counseling to ensure long term success.


Funding Accepted

Grace Manor accepts Medicaid, Aetna, Amerigroup, BCBS, Cigna, CapStar, Fristcare, Health Smart, Multiplan, Team Choice, and Private Pay (sliding scale). We have HHSC funding slots for individuals who do not have funding resources.


Intensive Outpatient Treatment

IOP classes are offered at Grace Manor Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. IOP consists of 10 hours of psychoeducational groups, process groups, and individual counseling sessions. The estimated length of IOP is 14 weeks.


Wrap Around Services

Grace Manor offer referrals for job coaching, life skills training/coaching, DFPS service planning support, legal coaching, family counseling, referral for housing, food boxes, food voucher referral, bus passes to groups at Grace Manor, transportation to MAT programs, assistance for obtaining identification card, social security card, and birth certificate, volunteer opportunities, Giving Back Friday (clients who have graduated), community support team, community supported in-house AA/NA/CA meetings, community supported ministry meetings, community supported speaker meetings, provide assistance through the community for clothing, assistance with benefits programs (SNAP, Medicaid, Blue Card, Disability), assistance with Veteran programs, provides Narcan training, referrals for STD, STI, HPC, HIV, and AIDS, referral for prenatal care for pregnant women, and community supported medication programs.
