At the beginning of a new month and following our second annual 5K Hope Run at the end of October, Children’s Hope feels we have much to be grateful for as we begin to close out 2019. We have seen many lives changed and hope restored in families throughout the year, and none of it would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our foster families and staff. These men and women are committed to putting in the work to ensure that the children of Children’s Hope have safe, reliable places to live and are able to heal and move forward with their lives. We simply cannot do this without them.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we want to thank the staff at Children’s Hope. Children’s Hope Residential Services, Inc. would not function without the diligence and care of our therapists, case managers, administrative staff, and direct care counselors. Each member of our Treatment Teams directly invests in the lives of children who are on a path toward healing from years of abuse and neglect, and the care they put into every child’s individualized treatment plan makes a big difference in their progress. From therapeutic counseling, mentoring, and group activities to making sure everything is in order with the logistics of Children’s Hope, we are thankful for the ways our staff continually serves and cares for the children.
Children’s Hope is also immensely thankful for our foster families. For over 15 years, Children’s Hope has served foster children and teens in the Texas Panhandle, and we know that this would be possible without our exceptional foster families. Children’s Hope has a mission to facilitate hope and healing for children whose lives have been marked by abuse and neglect by building healthy relationships with adults and peers. Working alongside foster families who share this vision solidifies that children who are exiting the residential services at Children’s Hope continue living in unconditional love, support, and guidance.
Thank you again to the staff and foster families of Children’s Hope. Your commitment, hope and healing are being brought to the lives of children across Texas.
